Welcome to Cartoon Me AI (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the Cartoon Me AI app (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Cartoon Me AI allows you to upload photos and receive AI-generated cartoon-style images.
The App may provide limited access (one free image generations), but continued use requires a subscription.

You agree to use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes, and not to:

Use the App for illegal or abusive purposes
Upload content that violates third-party rights
Reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the App or its systems

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of any photos you upload.

By uploading a photo, you grant us a temporary license to process it solely for generating your cartoon image. This license ends automatically after processing is complete.

All other content in the App (code, assets, styles, etc.) is owned by us or our licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any part of the App.

3. AI Output

Generated images are created using Google Gemini, our AI provider.
These cartoon outputs are artistic interpretations, and may not always be accurate or realistic.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome or likeness. The results are for entertainment and personal use only.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Cartoon Me AI is a subscription-based app.

You may be able to try the App with limited free usage
A subscription is required to continue generating images or unlocking full features
Subscriptions are billed via Apple’s App Store
Your Apple ID will be charged at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
You can manage or cancel your subscription in App Store account settings
All payments and refunds are handled by Apple, not us
We do not collect or store any payment details

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:

How uploaded images are processed and deleted
What analytics or crash data we collect
That no personally identifiable information is stored or shared

6. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for:

Accuracy or quality of AI-generated outputs
Loss of photos or data
Bugs, service interruptions, or outages
Any indirect or incidental damages

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
By continuing to use the App after any update, you agree to the new version.
The latest Terms will always be available in the App or on our website.
